Hose & Cable Floats are mainly designed for applications such as Single Point Mooring, Mining, and Cable Floatation. The open rounded edges of the floats provide flexibility of movement for the hoses/cables to adjust to currents and wind. For a tight fitment, the floats come with rubber pads. They are usually PU filled as a standard.
To construct the floats, 2 halves of high impact polyethylene floats are used. These floats are not only highly durable but are also eco-friendly. They are perfect for use in various industries where buoyancy is required, and they provide maximum flexibility while maintaining rigidity.

Closed Cell Polyurethane Filling and Floats
The Closed Cell Polyurethane filling is an optional feature that is available for floats which can also be supplied as empty shells according to customer needs. The CellFoam used is also 'Green environment friendly'
PN and SDR Indicators
The PN indicator denotes the pressure rating of the float, for example PN16 is suitable for 16 kg/cm². The SDR indicator stands for Standard Dimension Ratio and refers to the relationship between the pipe's outer diameter and its wall thickness.
Accessories
Nuts, bolts, and tensioning straps are provided as standard parts with the floats. A tensioning machine is available separately if needed.
