Flexible Resistant Fuel Submarine Rubber Armoured Marine Dredging Suction Hose for Dredger

Armored rubber hose also called mud suction and discharge hose, is mainly used for sewage, manure, seawater and sand suction and discharge in many places. It is also used for flood discharge and port and dock construction. It has excellent flexibility and it is resistant to waves. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made of high quality synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR and BR, making hose resistant to abrasion and seawater. Reinforcement is made up of multiple layers of high-strength spiral steel wires, making hose have firm structure and bear high working pressure. Besides, reinforcement makes hose rigid and fatigue resistant. Cover is made of synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR and BR, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, seawater, heat, weather, ozone and aging. The hose can be connected to pipeline very well, which can reduce the sea wave, so it can supply medium flows smoothly.
